4. Parent Responsibility

Parents and guardians remain solely responsible for curriculum selection, instruction quality, and compliance with applicable homeschool laws and regulations in their state or jurisdiction. Three Pillars Academy does not provide legal advice regarding homeschooling requirements.

5. Intellectual Property

The Three Pillars Academy name, logo, and platform design are the property of Three Pillars Academy. You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Three Pillars Academy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.

7. Beta Access

During the private beta period, Three Pillars Academy is provided free of charge for testing and feedback purposes. Features may change, improve, or be modified based on user feedback and platform development.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
